My device is connected to 5g wifi and it’s saying my camera is offline and bond. It’s not letting me fix it please help and fix these bugs
Sneaky app
Be careful with the security of this app, because it asks much more info than necessary. It’s sneaky. I just need to connect to the camera to see the video, but why I need to provide my location, email, and many other personal info?! Deleted it!!

No me entregaron lo que me vendieron en la propaganda esa camara no c puede esconder en ningún lado tiene mala calidad la grabación esta muy atrasada la vos no sirve bueno siendo mas claro no sirve

it says live recording but won’t record automatically unless u subscribe to cloud
App forgets my camera have to rebind constantly to get it working
They just updated the app and added ads as a way to improve user experience absolutely disgusting behavior this is supposed to be an easy to use but nothing but problems come from this so return as quickly as you can so you don’t regret this, it will not improve trust on that
Was great then ruined by ads
Was as such a great system good cheap cameras to safeguard/monitor and a good app to monitor even remotely, then I’m stuck trying to close ads unsuccessfully when I get alerts. Terrible. So sad.

It was an ok app until now. All of the sudden every time I open the app there’s a stupid ad! That’s not good! In case of an emergency I need to see the camera right away, I can’t because of the dumb ad is playing!!!! TAKE THAT OFF!!
