What’s the point of making an app to order food and drinks when it immediately fails and tells you to call?

Even without high expectations, the disappointment was unimaginable. Downloading an app and a Japanese number? Okay, let's say we went through all of that to get there. We were forced to buy a bar, although there is usually an option to refuse. The stairs are very dangerous, if you come, use the elevator. A tablet with songs on which there is no updates on songs, I had to sing Adele. Initially, we came to sing Aurora, which has a song called ran away that has collected 900 million plays, none. The sound of the equipment is terrible, the echo only creates the feeling that the voice is delayed, all the music is an instrumental version of the songs (it is very difficult to sing like that, usually the sound is a muffled voice of the vocalist) or a terrible voice of a Japanese robot singing a transcription of the song(apparently they call it back vocal). The microphone STINKS, as funny as it sounds. There is no protection on them, get ready to kiss a hundred strangers in order to sing a song 👍🏻 Thank you very much
