Needs a Lot of Improvement
I banked with LGFCU for year with no issues. Once they forced us into Civic, everything is difficult. It cannot be that hard to properly train people. They're vaguely nice, do not speak very professionally, if you are able to get someone on the line. Craziest thing I've ever encountered at a bank. This world is going downhill fast.
