My agency recently transitioned to this service and it’s been nothing but a headache. Trying to view your schedule on the app is like reading hieroglyphics..the app doesn’t show man power, too much info on one screen, and you follow the prompt to turn your phone sideways and all the info doesn’t fit on your screen. Absolutely terrible, awful app and service..I despise it. The complexity is going to get a lot of people written up for missing work because this app and service is terribly designed
