App needs some serious work
This app is so half-baked and should not have been released in its current state. The UI is far too small for mobile and is plagued by multiple “quirks” such as the inability to book more than one day at a time. Why a Fortune 500 company would onboard such a terrible solution is beyond me.

Worst reservation system in practice
In theory, they have things set up appropriately which is technically a simple system. In practice the system fails consistently and can’t handle the stress of even our company reserving spots at the same time. I’ve had nothing but frustration with this app and their motto “helps you though the workday” should be changed to “adds stress and annoyance to your workday” Just came back to add that now the app seems to randomly tell you that your reservation is a success and instead it completely loses the reservation. Absolute piss garbage.
