Worst lender in the US
Unfortunately, my car loan was bought by this company, and they are one of the worst lenders I’ve ever dealt with. They suck! They take forever to answer the phone. You select the Spanish option and you get an English speaker. My main issue is with principal payments. I have made payments towards my main/principal balance, and they take that payment as my regular monthly payment. That happened so many times, and I’m so tired of them. Even though the app says that “principal payments go to the principal amount due, and don’t affect the monthly amount,” all the times I called them to have the issue fixed they said it didn’t matter, they said that “whatever amount you pay, we cover the interest first, and then the rest goes to the monthly balance.” They really suck! Try to avoid this lender if you can. I can’t wait to finish paying my car loan so I don’t have to deal with their nonsense.
