Dissapointed with service
I got a subscription package with them. Company doesnt disclose how many cleaners to work at home. They ask weird questions such as: how big is ur house, how many bedrooms, etc (which btw is normal), but my assumption goes: if u already know how big is the house, then u should or could send more people or suggest how many people, right? Noooooo. They sent 1 old person to clean. Obviously not working out to me right? Asked for replacement paket, but CS giving me sheet that there is no cancellation policy (which btw, they have). Force me to get another subscription. Like what???? You fail in one and u ask me to buy more? Very stupid, very “not resolving the issue”. I want a clean house immediately, I am not happy with how this arrangement. I dont want refund, I am more than happy to pay a little bit more to get my house cleaned, but not paying the same extra package. (Yes yes netizen, I am cheap). No one wants a resolution, stick with the package and pay more. If only they are willing to listen. So do NOT use their service, unless i r ok being duped. Not suitable for big house.
