Struggling with basic internet and no response
The internet over mobile network doesn’t work and its not easy reaching out to customer care. Probably wasted the money

App not working properly
After recent updates, app stopped tracking proper location. Also, remote calling is not working properly.

Cancel account
How do I cancel the account? The watch is not available when I search on app keeps telling me power is off when I have the watch in front of me and fully charged and power on. I can not communicate with the watch. I need to stop getting billed monthly for a watch that does not work. There is no customer service. How do I cancel the account?
