BeBetter is a personal development diary based on Agile methodology. It will help you form good habits, get rid of harmful ones and achieve the main goals in your life.
Seeing the result in a short time is much more efficient than going for a long time to the goal and losing motivation halfway. This idea is the basis of the Agile diary. It is based on sprints - time spans, 7 weeks long, during which you will be able to move towards the achievement of goals gradually and not set unattainable tasks for a long time. From sprint to sprint, you can change your desired habits and goals, based on previous experience and desires, which will help you do the most useful things and not waste your time on irrelevant tasks.
