Bad App

Cool idea, but the app doesn’t function. When I open the notification to take my meds, most of the time it doesn’t even show the page to check them off, and it just keeps ringing because you haven’t checked it off. I had to delete it. Also I agree there should be a visualization of what you have in there.

Annoying

The app isn’t too hard to figure out. To change the time settings, etc, you click on the options and scroll. So if it looks like you can’t change something, just try clicking on it. What I find annoying is that once you set up a “plan”, if you hit the X button then the Home Screen of the app will say “no plans”. And it seems you have to scan the QR code again to see your “plan”. Also, I don’t really need or want a plan. I was thinking the app would be like a digital labeling system for my pill container, maybe showing a visual breakdown of each compartment with simple labels. Instead it separates the info and does not have any kind of overview where the “plan” information is grouped together in one screen/visual view. I don’t really understand the point of having the app. I think it would be better if ALL of the items stored in the container were listed and entered together under the same plan info, if anything. But it is also strange to me that the system is set up as a “plan” at all. I don’t need or want reminders. If you do, this may be nice to have, since you can set up a schedule. I turn off as many notifications as possible and I definitely don’t need to be told to take my supplements. So the app is useless to me. And it also could use a lot of work to be more useful to anyone. It barely accomplishes anything and requires way too many clicks to set it up.
