Awful
Whether you’re using the app or the website, it’s a headache to book with interval. It’s not user friendly and when you try to book something, it spins and spins. We don’t use it often, but when we do it’s the same thing and it’s always frustrating. We used to think it was just a fluke but not anymore because it happens every time. It’s hard to find what you’re actually looking for in regard to property details and trying to complete a booking takes forever and many attempts. They need to work on making it more user friendly and efficient.
