Can’t add new machines to system through app
Can’t add new machines on the app, won’t allow you to select the make of the machine. Talked to them last week about this issue and they got it fixed but it only last a few days and we’re back to square one. App is buggy sometimes you have to sync the profile two to three times to pull machines up within the profile.

Too time consuming
It shouldn’t take me over 30 minutes for Caching Machine & Equipment Data to finish, and it shouldn’t close out and make me restart. It has become too much of a hassle and the paper forms are still the best option.
