Annoying
This is such a bad app. Doesn’t update all my payments, so then it makes it look like my rent isn’t paid. Spent about an hour with customer service to get it to accept my log in. Now for the third time, doesn’t accept my email or password, and can’t get past that so can’t even use my username either. This is supposed to make things easier since I don’t have a vehicle and use a walker most days to get around.

New look and functionality stinks
Logs you out after inactivity so you’ll never see an update or message from management because you’re not logged in. The new cartoon look is way more difficult to navigate. I would delete it but you need it to request maintenance. If there was a way to roll back to the previous system I would.
