Took my a long time to connect. Once it connected I realized the app is complete garbage. Don’t even bother

App does not work!
I have paid extra money to buy Steba SV-80 with Wi-Fi connectivity to control my Sous Vide remotely. Unfortunately, this application fails to access remote control of the device. Although, the device was connected to WLAN and paired successfully with the app, the device control page is not accessible through the app, as I keep constantly getting error message ‘Request overtime...’ I provided a feedback about this issue through the app a week ago, but no response received from the developer and the technical issue is still not resolved. I am using iPhone Xs and the latest iOS 14. I strongly recommend to avoid this app and not to pay extra money for wifi option as it does not work and the developer is not even providing any response!!!
