The Choices 4 Better Living App offers access to a network of stigma free queer friendly healthcare and social support services in the Netherlands; and now includes a free helpline for LGBTQ+ asylum seekers and status holders. The free helpline call service is available Monday to Friday 15:00 to 21:00.

The Choices app language options now include English, Arabic and Dutch. The app can operate with or without internet connection.

Stichting Choices Support Center (Choices) is a social organisation designed to help people regardless of gender or sexuality. We offer personal support in making the best-informed choices to deal with mental health problems and to initiate changes towards a healthy lifestyle.
