Not sure what happened.
Over the last few months the app just wouldn’t work. It’d open up, I’d copy the text to it type in my password and then bam! App shuts down. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled the app and still nothing. Verified that I was using the same file as on my laptop, sent it to my phone and opened the browser version and logged in just fine. Tried again with the app. Shutdown.

Update neede
I have been trying for a year plus to withdraw my crypto from this app. It lets you deposit (GBEX) to be exact but no withdrawal that is fraudulent, contact support and was told that they are looking into it that was since February-March of 2025. I just want to withdraw my crypto and never use this wallet again beware you will be able to invest through this app but won’t be able to withdraw. So far I consider my $445 that I invested in February of 2024 lost. Fix this and give me back my money.
