Whether you're smashing out a HIIT workout, pilates or your own custom circuit, the Sezzy Timer has ELEVEN unique timers to use so your workouts are always efficient, fun and on track!
Each timer uses visual and auditory cues to ensure you know what exercise you're up to!

All Timers Include:
- Visual cues including rest, sets, circuit, exercises, supersets or rounds (depending what kind of workout you’re doing)
- Auditory cues allowing you to step away from your phone and complete the workout purely through listening. Sezzy Timer specifies what round, exercise, set or rest period you’re up to. It will also help count you down until your next movement
- Works in the background of your phone allowing you to listen to music and smash through your workout, while hearing cues from the timer app
- Custom option to create your own personalised workout
- Pause, and play option
- Display of what is coming up next in your workout to better prepare your body.

Useful for ebooks but would add one thing.
I enjoy using this timer along with Sarah’s ebook (I have the Body & Bump as I’m currently 33+ weeks pregnant.) My only suggestion would be to add a 20 second rest period in the custom timer. For the cardio section it says to do “30 SEC ON 20 SEC OFF) there is not a 20 second option, just a 10 or 30+. I’ve been doing 40 seconds on 10 seconds off. But it’s frustrating to have to watch the timer so closely to make sure I’m resting after the 30 seconds of activity.

Absolutely LOVE! Aesthetic and effective
Honestly I use this for stuff outside of Sezzy Workout plans now and it’s so versatile. I’ve gotten all my friends to start using this app as well :)
