Can’t enroll on the app
It doesn’t recognize my known user name or pw. When I tried to enroll anew, it said my email was already on file. Tried to retrieve my user name, to my email which they said was in file, I got nothing. The number they say to call goes off line at 4 pm my time. I’ll delete the app.

Cannot get past password enter screen
I have tried every which way to get past creating a password, and cannot get past it. I would like to get this app to control my card, but cannot even initiate the app!
