Please redesign and fix this
Everything about this app is messed up. It doesn’t work with apple relay email, I already previously contacted them over that to have my email fixed. It frequently refreshes on me causing the seats I was trying to pick to lock up. Nothing about its options are intuitive, it feels like someone taunting you and being like ‘IYKYK!’ when trying to input codes for movie passes. Just say ‘promotional codes’ you don’t have to list every type of promo. I have Movie Club but it doesn’t show any of the info when I click the Movie Club tab, but I’m being charged for it and they’re sending me codes for the free mystery movie. I can’t even use the chatbot to get help because every time it attempts to transfer me to a person it immediately drops my chat and tells me all assistance executives are busy instead of putting my chat in a queue to wait for help. Your app makes what should be an excellent service and perk miserable.
