Return your product now
Save yourself the money and return your product now. I have had this for a while and it keeps getting worse. Now it’s overfeeding my pet, dispersing food that is simply not scheduled to be dispersed. I’ve tried the troubleshooting stuff, disconnecting, uninstalling etc and nothing helps. I now have to give up since the app is so awful and keeps over feeding my cat. What a huge waste of money.
