The app doesn’t function half the time. The face recognition doesn’t work most of the times and the app needs password for every device

Horrible app
Due to being a Kaiser mental health provider i have to use this app. It’s really slow, it shuts down often and won’t save the progress i make. When i discharge clients and want to take them off my roster i am able to do one or two and then it lags or gets stuck. I have to shut it down and restart it again. I just spent two hours re-writing an assessment from scratch because the app shuts down. It’s quite frustrating and angering.
