JBI RMS

RMS App is a proprietary mobile application for clients of Justice Benefits Inc. (JBI, LTD) who participate in the Random Moment Time Study.

The RMS system is designed to work with state and local agencies to implement and enhance their claiming potential.

Random observational moments are generated and sent out to client's employees, and their responses are recorded and processed to prepare a report asking for reimbursement.

The RMS App allows RMS participants to receive notification of daily observation moments and submit completed observation data directly to the JBI RMS database.
