You can also make a one-off payment, spread the cost by setting up a payment plan via direct debit, view a summary of account payments, edit your contact details, send us a message and request that we call you back at a time convenient to you. We have added an alert to let you know if you have had an issue with a Payment Plan, and guide you through possible solutions.
With this version's new App Alerts, we can let you know if a payment plan has just been set up, a payment is due in the next day, or the plan fails.
We will also alert you if there has been a response from Client to a query you have submitted.
We have also provided two guided messages for cases of bankruptcy and for the case when you wish to tell us you have already paid the account.
