The WEBCON BPS 2022 mobile app is compatible with WEBCON BPS up to version 2023.1.2.x.

WEBCON BPS ensures access to business entity’s documents and tasks wherever you are.
By connecting with WEBCON BPS document workflow system the application allows to browse, accept and deny requisitions, orders, invoices, contracts, vacation requests and other documents. It can also receive correspondence scans which arrives also when you are outside of the company – right on the screen of your mobile device.
Application provides mobile access for:
• browsing instances assigned to the user,
• browsing document attachments, for example scans of archived contracts or invoices,
• accepting or denying requests or perform other defined actions within the tasks assigned to the user,
• task delegation to co-workers,
• browsing and searching through business entity’s document archive with an option to display detailed information about them (including attachment preview).
The WEBCON BPS application does not support connections via application proxies that use pre-authentication.
