Excellent app for clinical experience

I have been using this portal for two years now and it gave me an easy work experience . This app is easy to navigate, straight to the point and convenient

App is sooo slow now

Overall love the app for quick access to patient contact information. However this recent update is making the app very useless for me. The app is now so slow now that I just end up logging into my EMR. Hope this can be improved very soon.

Makes my life easier

I don’t have to reply to different people at the office via phone/text/email asking if I can take a patient. I just get a notification and check the app, I can see all the important details that tell me whether or not I want to accept a patient (it’s still HIPAA compliant) and just press a button for Yes or for No. Honestly don’t know how more agencies aren’t using this. It seems like our patients are getting seen way faster by the closest clinician. Everyone is using less time to staff patients and more time to treat/chart. Very impressed.

Very easy to use and simple for therapists

I’m an occupational therapist and the company I work for uses this app and I’m really loving it. It’s super easy to accept or deny patients based on my schedule. It beats receiving daily emails asking to accept a patient and I love that I can mark myself as “booked” to avoid excess notifications. Overall, I would recommend this app!

Huge help for getting referrals faster

I get patients in my coverage area and can set my availability to available/booked. Makes accepting referrals super easy. Can modify coverage areas really easily too.
