Useful, but needs work

I have been able to successfully book scheduled service appointments through the app. Unfortunately, things go downhill form there. They offer a very limited selection of service intervals and services, which don't necessarily match up with the recommended services in the owner's manual, and it can add services that you may not need. I recently scheduled, what I thought was the 35,000mi service for my 2023 Kia Forte GT 6M, which should have included oil change and tire rotation. However, when I arrived at the dealer, I was told the system had scheduled a radio system update, which would have taken 5-6 hours, that I didn't even need. They did change it to the usual oil and tires, and wasn't a huge deal. But, this is not the first time the app scheduled different service from what I intended and what was recommended by the manufacturer. I'll likely be calling to schedule service from now on, instead of using the app, though I do hope they are able to fix the app in the near future.
