I have a allegro 3 and it’s suddenly not connecting for the last 2 months and I’ve tried millions of times and it won’t work please fix this mistake

App is broken. Can’t connect via Bluetooth
App can’t connect to my piano via Bluetooth. If says it’s “connected” but then nothing happens. Tried on both mine and my wife’s phones with the same result.
