Horrible Application
To be a booking application and NOT having the capability to handle a lot of people is just a failure on the product. I have to book my company bus every week, and every week we face issues with errors that are not clear. Literally take a page from ticketmaster, add a queuing mechanism so that the application isn’t overloaded. Horrible customer experience. I hate this app.
