Hard to navigate
This app is very hard to navigate.

Discombobulated
Very disappointed! Not ALL Northwell communities are integrated after years of development; appointments reminders are sorely missed and needed; links to others with “Epic Center” are hit or miss. Vast improvements are needed for this app. Find a better IT!

Care team just *poof* disappeared
App is terrible. My care team disappeared and can not add them. How can the tech support be open only 9-5???

Great app
I love the new app can print my bloodwork scripts if I lost one and don’t need to leave the house, so much better and love that all my Northwell doctors can see my chart.
