About Home Routines
Reduce decision fatigue and overwhelm with our “One Thing” mode - simply tap to be given just one task to focus on from all of today’s lists. A built-in timer helps you dedicate a period of time to the task at hand.
You can close off a list even with tasks yet incomplete, to accommodate life’s ever-changing plans as well as changes to your capacity on the day - or complete the same list multiple times.
Customize your own detailed cleaning and decluttering lists within the Focus Zones section. Add rooms and tasks to suit your home, and follow a looping schedule to help focus your attention one area at a time. Create your own schedule, or stay in sync with other followers of systems like FlyLady.
Home Routines’ Accomplishments list is the “Tada!” to your todo - review the tasks you’ve completed today, and celebrate by sharing your victories large and small. You’re doing great.
All our core features are freely available, with more fun and flair for subscribers.
If you're coming from the original Home Routines we've got you covered with a option to easily import your existing data.

Good upgrades, happy with the old app too
I’ve used the previous, basic version for years. I love it. It helps so much with my ADHD, being able to break down a larger task into smaller, less daunting tasks. Routines are so helpful, and being able to schedule them as needed keeps my list focused. I have many routines and many tasks. So I like to group them, for each part of the day. For example, several routines for mornings, as opposed to one extremely long list. And when the time is up (morning is over) I can move onto the next segment of the day knowing my routines will be there and I’ve had a chance to review them to ensure anything critical for today is complete. This review applies to the new version compared with the old. What I love: * Lists existing within routines, ability to switch routine to list and vice versa * Sections within lists/routines * New icons and colors for routines/lists * Notes on tasks. What I miss: * Daily messages. I used them a lot. * Links within tasks. You can still have them, but they’re not functional. * Today vs All views. Another feature I used a lot, for organizing routines. Wish List: * Notes on sections and routines. * Option to import To Do and Zone information There may be more in my wish list, but that’s it for now.

The Best
I have used this app for YEARS and I love it so much. I finally bought the subscription but this truly is an app that you don’t get annoying ads with the free version. There is also so much available in the free version - there really is no need to buy it. I love it so much I want to support the people who make it. There are timers, lists, etc. Each can be customized - I’m a teacher and I have different routines for the school year versus summertime.
