Beware!! Tourist Gougers
I requested a change of port of departure and they quoted me $70 for the service. The tix were only $100, it was a month out, and it only cost $10 to cancel them on the app. Don’t give your money to an organization that will take advantage of you!

Booked ferry. App doesn’t work
When you make a reservation a q code shows up. “Scan the QR code to automatically add your booking to the app”. Nope. Doesn’t work. No way to put my reservation on my phone on the app or in wallet. Need to print a hard copy.
