I have not made a purchase from this boutique, despite their frequent specials and sales. After months of watching pieces of their live sales, I finally made the decision to delete the app from my phone because of my own conviction over concerns with how the owners conduct themselves during live sales. The use of foul language, rude remarks and mocking of customers does not reflect the kind of business I feel comfortable supporting. As a Christian and business professional, I value kindness, humility, humbleness and respect. I choose to spend my money with companies that align with those values, even if it means paying more elsewhere.

I emailed at 10:04pm on a Sunday asking to swap a color and I received a response with the swap just 10 minutes later from a real human person. I’ve been shopping here since they opened and truly continue to be impressed!
