Difficulty with the app and online store
Hello! This isn’t so much review, but for the past few weeks I’ve been having a really difficult time trying to access the shop section on both the app and on the laptop. It just keeps coming up as unknown error has occurred, but nothing happens. I’ve tried contacting on their Facebook groups but they sent me a link which I literally couldn’t open on my tablet at all. I’m hoping that I can have someone reach out to me through here because I’m pretty much at my wits end on why I’m having this issue both on my phone and on my laptop. HELP PLEASE!!
