About Super Peach Boy
In honor of the 9 year anniversary of the design conference Creative South, we created this game for attendees to play during the weekend. The entire showcase was inspired by vintage arcade games and we wanted to capture the look and feel of those retro days.
Our character, "Super Peach Boy" was created by Mike Jones, the man behind Creative South. He wanted to portray healthy eating through this character who would be collecting various fruits for points while avoiding snowflakes, icicles, and gnats, all of which are being sent down by the evil Mr. Permafrost who's looking to destroy fresh foods for all.
