Was excited in the beginning when the company I worked with introduced Nowsite as a business tool, only a month later, my company shut down so I sent text to cancel. They said they would and I’d get an email confirmation. I didn’t think anymore about it until I started getting my taxes ready and realized I was still getting charged $9.00 and then it jumped up to $19.00. Now they are saying because I didn’t receive that email, they aren’t refunding me anything. They said they sent emails but never saw them, or should I say open to read them. Wow! I’m sure there are other apps out there that have better customer care!

Missing features
I can’t really see the usefulness of this. I can’t access my back office from this app, the AI is like a child wrote things and it’s just so generic. I post and my post doesn’t appear on fb under my account. It’s the holiday season and I’m honestly too overwhelmed to sit down and learn a whole New system. I will stick with chat gpt for now. Hope I don’t pay much for this.
