Motornostix

Motornostix continuously monitors the health and performance of your industrial assets, and provides diagnostic services to detect and alert you to developing asset health failure conditions in electric motors, metal-shredders, gearboxes, pumps, fans, rollers, crushers, compressors and much more.

If conditions for an existing or impending malfunction are identified, systems provide for immediate diagnostic alarms to be directed to designated personnel such as responsible plant staff members, consultants, OEM's or vendors.

Our systems are non-intrusive and can be used either in permanent industrial locations or on mobile equipment such railway traction units. These systems can be installed at the time of equipment commissioning or later as a retrofit.

Motornostix sensors are attached to machine components to monitor vibration, temperature, speed and process-related measurements, like pressure.
