Missing basic features
This is one of the worst dispatching tools I’ve ever used. Effective and clear communication is almost impossible and separate emails/notes are always necessary. There’s no way to organize open tickets. There’s no way to clearly ‘flag’ or highlight a ticket if additional actions are required (proposals, follow up visits etc). Job reports are painfully unintuitive and information-lacking for the customer. You might as well write down what you did and forward it to the office.
