Device is often having issue due to sensitivity from all things. Customer service is sitting on hold for hours only to get a representative that reads a script and tells you they can’t help you. Be prepared to run this cycle a lot and pay a pretty penny for it (not even including the mechanic fees). This company is pushed more than any other interlock service but do yourself a favor and look around. Heed the warnings.
