Safe yourself time and money until company improves
I’ve done a few Woshes now, and they’ve always been late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s frustrating signing up for a time slot that cannot be promised. Any attempt to call their customer service lines will not bring you a representative. The only point of contact will be through texting, which even then takes a long time to hear back. Just save yourself time and money until they become consistent with their scheduling and improve on customer success.
