About SmartDrive Compliance
SmartDrive Compliance is a smart in-vehicle app for a driver’s phone or mounted tablet that is one of the solutions available through a collaboration with Geotab. This app is based on the Geotab Drive app and works in conjunction with MyGeotab software and SmartDrive SR4 devices installed in vehicles.
SmartDrive Compliance provides several useful services to drivers in your fleet:
- DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reporting)
- HOS (Hours of Service)
- Driver Identification
Additional features, such as messaging, are forthcoming in future releases.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Always disconnecting from the truck. Constantly shutting down and malfunctioning. Doesn't automatically put you on duty if you are sitting in drive for five minutes. Its just a bad app. Garbage.
