Doesn’t work well
We tried many times to do a video call and I would get device couldn’t be found, or video locks up. Many other functions don’t perform like you think they should. We are returning the watch.

Janky garbage. Do not buy this crap app or watch
Nothing on this app works well. Keyboard entries pulls up keyboards that aren’t related. Watch removal notifications flood your phone despite the setting for this notification being disabled and the app being deleted and reinstalled. Constant headache. Any time you open location based menus it takes you to China. Just absolute trash programming. Considering this type of app can’t be that complicated and the world is full of programmers, it would seem the owner of this app either purposely made the app to frustrate and collect personal data to sell OR they don’t care about it’s users needs. Supposed to connect parents and children but it instead puts up barrier after barrier. Even the watch is flimsy and the screen is prone to cracks. One crack and it’s done. Don’t buy the watch associated with this app and don’t use this app!
