TipTraxx is a web and app based, real-time, paperless docket system that eliminates the need for handwritten dockets and manual docket collation. It incorporates a mobile device that records tip truck loads as they happen. Drivers use a simple Phone App on their smart phone to record their loads, while office staff load customers, projects and jobs into the system to send to the driver. Office and project staff can monitor tip trucks and their loads from phones, tablets or computers - anywhere in the world, at any time. TipTraxx contains added safety features and administrative support features enabling its customers to maintain an accurate asset and driver register.
Currently in the tip truck industry, each load a driver does is recorded manually in a carbon copied ‘docket’ book that is then ripped out, filed or posted to the office who manually collate and enter the data into another system. With TipTraxx, tip trucks may be monitored live from mobile devices or computers - anywhere in the world, at any time. TipTraxx offers smaller businesses the same advantage as larger corporations without the need for a team of IT staff and large budget. Our solution has been developed to be replicated in various international versions with relative ease, to allow for local nuances, terminology and customer considerations relevant to their market, without the need for a complete system rebuild. TipTraxx is a way forward in the tipper-haulage industry, saving costs and improving business efficiency and contributing to a professional company image for the smaller-medium operators.
Whilst paperless systems have been developed for transport and logistics industries, but nothing has been specifically developed for the tipper-haulage industry. Generic products don’t account for nuances of the industry. There have been attempts to modify existing generic systems, however the results have been unsuccessful due to the complexities involved in recording multiple loads, various loads and tip sites and inputs associated with tipper-haulage.
Outside of the core benefits, providing a paperless ‘Fit for Duty,’ ‘Pre-Start’ and ‘Safety Checklist’ helps protect TipTraxx customers’ and ensures driver and public safety is considered every day. These checklists are configurable so office staff can customise the checklists to meet the specific needs of their business/customers.
