Organizations provide this app to help patients to learn about recovery, self-care and wellness. The delivery of information and resources via a mobile app extends opportunities for individuals to participate in their own healthcare journeys. Most organizations provide this app to either supplement or replace paper-based and television-based delivery of patient education and resources.
