On Target Coaching

The On Target Coaching presentation application is a mobile tool for coaching, development, evaluation, and assessment of sermons, funeral messages, speeches, lessons or briefs. As with any communication assessment the main focus is on improving future performance through effective coaching and feedback. 
This application specifically focuses on the presenters point, application, delivery, and presence. Like with any tool it should be used in conjunction with positive encouragement.
