Clank will follow your workouts and be your personal trainer by automatically:

- Adjusting the number of sets and reps
- Deloading weights to break plateaus
- Displaying how long to rest between each set
- Notification to let you know when to start your next lift
- Logging your progress, and providing you a history of all previous workouts

Clank Pro is an optional subscription of either three months or a year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
