Inconsistency
Just been having the worst run with GNCU in history. To card problems to account issue, disputes, all the above

Worst Banking App
I agree with the other customer who wrote that it’s ridiculous to require a separate app to control your debit card. GNCU is the only financial institution that does this. I have been trying to add my GNCU debit card for over a month. Multiple calls to the mobile card app department. 3 separate case numbers and all were sent to the escalation team. No response from them. Called the GNCU support line and they say it’s not their problem and to call the mobile app department. Last issue. This is the only financial institution that I ever dealt with that charged me $5 to just be a member. I am not talking about a minimum $5 balance. This a non-refundable $5 to join GNCU.
