Will not load
I just downloaded the app and logged it and that is about as far as I can get. The app will not load and open up. I shut my iPad down and restarted. Nothing will work.

Messed up my phone
Their vpn somehow wrecked my phone’s functionality because it wouldn’t turn off when not in use. I went through all the customer service troubleshooting only to be told @ the end that the only way to shut it off is via chat bot. All set.
