Easy to do but horrible to understand

I'm having useire in understanding whats Frost Driving school and whats XLR8 and find stuff like the document is easy enough to find by going through your email but what about finding something like ADE/DE control number?

Super annoying.

The app didn’t work so I had to use the website and I had to reschedule my permit appointment because I didn’t receive the certificate.
