Good service but app needs fixing
I love the drivers who work for this company. For the most part, they are excellent. But the app could use a lot of work. For one thing, if you use a PCA, you can’t seem to take that additional person off the ride, so if someone else is coming with you, like a friend, it appears that there are three of you. Nor can you add additional equipment. Some disabled people use a variety of devices like a cane, or a service dog. The app does not recognize my street address, and when I try to enter it, it slides to another address when I think I am finished. I tried to deal with this by waiting at another address down the street, but I really shouldn’t have to do this. the GPS needs improvement! Another helpful feature would be the ability to set a fixed home address and also other addresses that are instead of having to type them in all the time. Finally, this app is meant to serve disabled people. Some of us are blind or low vision! The app should be fully accessible. The large accessible type feature does not work with the app and Has to be turned off In order to use this app. That definitely needs to be fixed. The rest of the app also needs to be fully accessible for voiceover. Getting a text about 15 minutes before the driver arrives is a great feature. Thanks! Thanks for listening to my suggestions. I very much appreciate this company.. it gives us the ability to be just like everyone else. However, the app needs upgraded.
