About Bobclass Self Service
Once you have you entered your phone number and email address, the app will retrieve your upcoming bookings and active packages from the studio you are associated with. Make sure to use the same mobile phone number as you gave them, so the system knows it's you. If you're not matched, then double check with your studio/gym/trainer/teacher.
Studio owners: Share this app with your clients and let them connect to you so they can manage bookings and payments themselves. You can also write progress notes in your own Bobclass app and make them visible to your clients/students. If you do not use the studio app yet, you can download it from the Apple App Store (search "Bobclass"). App stops working
I was working great for a while then suddenly stops working. I was logged out of my account. When you reach out to customer support via email, they say they can’t help unless i pay for a monthly subscription. I have bought the app when it was $50 when it first came out before it was free. This is very unprofessional. I have lost all client information and they refuse to help me get back into my account. I’m a small business and now going to lose thousands this month losing all my client list. I don’t think anyone should have to go through this. Not worth it.

Great app when it works
It’s a great app when it works. The problem is it frequently jams up, at least on the IPhone. Once it does, it takes 10 minutes or so to get to the booking screen if you are lucky. They really need to get the bugs out!
